  • Payments must be made on time. Late or incomplete payments may delay the project.

4. Scheduling and Delays

We strive to complete all projects on time. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material shortages, third-party delays, or unforeseen structural issues. Level Up Contracting is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project information prior to quoting.

  • Allow reasonable access to the property during agreed working hours.

  • Secure necessary permissions or permits if not otherwise agreed upon.

  • Maintain a safe environment for workers on site.

6. Workmanship Warranty

Level Up Contracting stands behind the quality of its work. A workmanship warranty is provided for a defined period after project completion. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, alterations by third parties, or natural wear and tear.

7. Changes and Cancellations

  • Requested changes during the project will be documented and may require updated costs and timelines.

  • If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the client may be responsible for payment of completed work, materials ordered, and cancellation fees.

8. Liability

  • Level Up Contracting maintains appropriate insurance coverage for all projects.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of income, emotional distress, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service involved.

9. Intellectual Property
